From The President

Dear Music City NACE Community,

As we close the chapter on 2025, I find myself filled with immense gratitude, and genuine excitement for what lies ahead.

This past year was nothing short of extraordinary for our chapter. Together, we celebrated growth, creativity, collaboration, and connection in ways that truly reflect the heart of Music City NACE. From powerful programs and meaningful partnerships to unforgettable events and moments of real community, 2025 reminded us why this organization matters—and why our chapter continues to stand out.

One of the most meaningful highlights of the year was our inaugural Music City NACE Awards & Gala. What a night—celebrating excellence, honoring our peers, and bringing our community together in such a special way. I am deeply honored and humbled to have received the first-ever Linwood Campbell Music City NACE Member of the Year Award. To be recognized in the name of someone who embodies service, leadership, and heart within our organization is something I will carry with me always. Thank you to this incredible chapter for that honor and for the unwavering support you show one another.

As we look toward 2026, the momentum is stronger than ever.

We are thrilled to kick off the year by hosting NACE Evolve right here in Nashville at the end of January, an incredible opportunity to welcome industry leaders and peers from across the country to our city. That excitement continues on January 26th with A Night with the National Board, which also serves as our chapter meeting. It’s a rare and meaningful opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate alongside national leadership, and we are honored to be part of it.

Beyond January, we have an inspiring lineup of programs in the works, including dynamic panels and featured speakers designed to challenge, uplift, and energize our members. One highlight we’re especially excited about is welcoming Larry Long Jr., who will lead a powerful conversation on intentionality - helping us rediscover and believe in our inner greatness, both personally and professionally.

We’re also proud to be planning a collaborative event this June alongside ILEA and MPI in celebration of Pride Month—an opportunity to come together across organizations to honor inclusion, authenticity, and the diverse voices that make our industry stronger.

On a personal note, it is truly an honor to step into the role of President for the 2026–2027 term. I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me and humbled to serve such a passionate, talented, and supportive community. I look forward to leading with intention, transparency, and heart - and to continuing the incredible work our chapter started over the past year and a half.

Thank you for being part of Music City NACE. Thank you for showing up, supporting one another, and believing in what we’re building together. The future is bright - and I cannot wait to experience all that 2026 has in store with you.

With Gratitude & Excitement-

Christine
