Below you’ll find information on our self-nominated awards, and we encourage you to submit your standout events for consideration. If you produced something you’re proud of in 2025, this is your moment to share it.
As we did last year, we’ve kept the nomination criteria straightforward to make the submission process as easy and accessible as possible. Here are the categories and submission guidelines for the 2025 Self-Nominated Awards:

Separate categories based on budget (under $50,000 and over $50,000) to ensure intimate weddings aren’t competing with large-scale celebrations.

Submission Fees
- DFW NACE Members: Free
- Future Members: $50 per award submission
One award will be presented to the individual who submits the entry. Additional trophies may be requested for an additional fee of $50 each.
