Instawork Provides Staffing for Super Bowl LV

Since the impacts of COVID-19, live events have looked vastly different. Super Bowl LV was no exception, facing obstacles hosting a limited crowd for a premium experience. Hosted this past Sunday at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Instawork helped tackle the challenge, providing dozens of trained bartenders, cooks, and servers for a very unique, socially distanced Super Bowl.

Instawork has provided professionals for Raymond James Stadium for the entirety of the season. The workers were thrilled to see 7,5000 vaccinated medical professionals attend the games, as guests of the NFL and the Tamp Bay Buccaneers.

Sumir Meghani, CEO and Co-Founder of Instawork reflected on the positive impact the Super Bowl had for future events. “Being able to hold the Super Bowl safely is an early sign of optimism for the return of hospitality this year. COVID-19 hit the hospitality industry hard, especially live events. We are so happy to see it get back on its feet and can’t wait to continue helping our hospitality Professionals and Partners thrive as business returns.”

Instawork reflects more about the impact of Covid-19 for live sporting events in an article HERE. Sporting events will need to continue to rely on flexible staffing options, like Instawork, to help cater to the ever-changing needs during the recovery from the pandemic.

Instawork is incredibly excited for the future of live events and to have had the opportunity to support this year’s Super Bowl activities by providing quality service professionals!
