Among the many challenges businesses face today is engaging an increasingly diverse and multi-generational workforce. It’s common to have people from three or even four generations working side by side. Employees born so many decades apart often have very different skills, backgrounds, and expectations. This is something that affects every aspect of work life.  Creating an environment where all generations can work collaboratively and respectfully is essential to organizational sustainability and growth.

On this webinar, attendees will learn to:

  • Understand the differences between the five different generations in the work force
  • Compare the environmental influences for each generation
  • Understand how each generation thinks in the work place
  • Review scenarios for each generation on; work life balance, work hours, work assignments, participation on team projects, and office protocol
