Speaker bio:
Cliff Schamber, CPCE, CMP is a 20 year veteran in the catering industry. He is currently the director of catering sales for the Renaissance Mayflower Hotel. His vast experience in designing and facilitating training has resulted in over 5,000 Marriott International sales and event managers trained all over the world. Cliff also served as NACE's National 2nd Vice President from 2008-2012 and led the effort to revamp the CPCE study guide and certification.
