     Speaker bio:
Taking her passion for great food and great parties to the next level by creating a catering company seemed like the perfect answer for Linda West in 1985 when she founded Mélange Catering and Special Events in Houston.  Today, Mélange is one the largest catering and special event teams in Houston.  In 2006, Linda was fortunate to have the opportunity to join the Catersource Team as the Director of Education. Annually she plans the Catersource Education Program. In 2014, she will be planning the third annual summer conference, The Art of Catering Food. Linda was honored by being named one of the 10 “Women on the Move” by the Houston Chronicle for 2000 recognizing both her business achievements and community involvement.
