A sampling of our Board’s favorite recipes

We all know our NACE members are foodies – as a token of our appreciation for your membership, we’d like to share some of your board’s favorite recipes. Have a recipe you’d like to share with NACE members? Email it to membership@nace.net.

 

Ed Diantonio, CPCE, President

When we asked Ed for his favorite recipe, he shared his love of grilling. Ed loves to barbecue brisket and pork butt, and grill fish. But when he uses a recipe, one of his favorites is Red Wine Braised Short Ribs.

James Filtz, CPCE, Treasurer

NACE Treasurer James Filtz shared with us one of his favorite recipes –Salted Chocolate Chunk Shortbread Cookies with a twist. After he cuts the cookie log, he coats each cookie in egg wash and turbinado sugar. Yum!

Doug Quattrini, CPCE, President-Elect

Doug Quattrini shared a recipe from his mom’s kitchen for a spinach sausage pie. He says it is not very fancy, but easy to make and delicious!

Amber also shared a family recipe with us, one her mom and grandma both made for special events.

Morgan Montgomery sent us a scan of her mom’s recipe for sausage bread, she says it is a hit in her family, and we think it sounds delicious!
