I am the first point of contact for membership services including membership applications and renewals and provide administrative assistance to NACE’s 44+ chapters.

I oversee our entire association operations in addition to managing the governance, strategic planning, vision and long-term goals of the association. I am the primary liaison with the Board of Directors and manage the NACE Foundation.

I work in partnership with the NACE team on strategies to build and deliver member value, strengthen and grow our chapters, and the development and expansion of our business partner/sponsorship program.

I oversee NACE’s education and certification programs including the CPCE program and the logistics, volunteers, and education for the Experience Conference.  In addition, I also provide support for the operations of the organization including human resources, technology, accounting, and administration.

Also known as the “CPCE Concierge,” I support NACE’s education and certification programs including the Certified Professional in Catering and Events (CPCE) designation, CPCE Fast Track and NACE online courses. I also support education and registration for the NACE Experience Conference.

I am responsible for supporting the delivery of member services and programs. I create and deliver affinity programs and all membership benefit programs and drive promotions to grow membership.

I support the marketing and communication efforts of the organization as well as manage the social media outlets and campaigns. In addition, I work closely with the team on association technology projects, such as the website.

I support NACE Chapters and Chapter Leaders to continue to grow and strengthen chapters. I also assist business partners and the sponsorship program.
